PepsiCo, Inc. is the controller responsible for personal information collected through the Site. Your information is processed in the United States.

Information you provide:

Contact information - name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address
Financial information - payment card number and billing details (processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers)
Anything you send us - support messages, reviews, and survey responses
Age confirmation that you are 18 or older, which you provide together with your marketing preference at checkout.

Information collected automatically:

Online identifiers - IP address, referrer URL, and advertising identifiers
Device and usage data - browser and device type, and the pages you view
Information from cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including tracking pixels operated by third-party advertising and analytics platforms such as Meta and TikTok (see Section 6)

Information from other sources:

Social media account information and inferred attributes such as gender, where you interact with us through social platforms

Process, fulfill, and deliver your orders, and send order and shipping updates

PepsiCo, Inc. As the brand owner and controller, PepsiCo receives personal information collected through the Site and determines how it is used.
Service providers. Companies that perform services for us - payment processing, shipping and fulfillment, our delivery protection partner, email delivery, hosting, analytics, and customer support - and only as needed to perform those services.
Advertising and analytics partners. Third-party platforms (such as Meta and TikTok) that help us measure and deliver advertising through pixels and similar technologies (see Sections 5 and 6).
Legal and safety. When required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers, the public, or us.
Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, consistent with this Policy.
Joy / PepsiCo marketing program. If you check the marketing opt-in at checkout, we share your name and email with Joy, PepsiCo's consumer email program, so Joy, PepsiCo, and PepsiCo's brands can send you the updates, offers, and sweepstakes you signed up for. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.

5. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of advertising and analytics technologies (such as the Meta and TikTok pixels described above) may be considered "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, or a "sale," under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended) and similar U.S. state laws.

You can opt out of this sharing at any time using the "Your Privacy Choices" link in our footer. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals (such as Global Privacy Control) where required by law.

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, measure performance, and support advertising. Our use of cookies and tracking on PepsiCo-brand properties follows PepsiCo's Cookie Policy, available at www.pepsico.com/about-our-ads.

We keep your personal information for as long as needed to provide the Site and our services, fulfill the purposes in this Policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

9. How We Protect Your Information

We maintain administrative, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect your personal information, consistent with applicable law and recognized industry standards, including encryption of payment and sensitive data and PCI-DSS practices for payment card information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required where you live). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-Party Links
